PakdUp — Privacy Policy Effective date: 18 July 2026

The short version: PakdUp collects no personal data, requires no account, and sends nothing off your device. Everything you put into the app stays on your phone. Who we are PakdUp is a moving organizer app for Android, developed and published by Stability System Design. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

What data we collect None. PakdUp:

collects no personal data of any kind; transmits no data off your device — the app does not request internet access at all; contains no analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services; requires no account, registration, or sign-in; shows no advertising. Where your information lives Everything you enter in PakdUp — your move details, boxes, item lists, photos, tasks, and budget — is stored in a private database on your device, accessible only to the app. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.

Device permissions the app uses Camera — used only to scan the QR labels you print for your boxes and to take photos of box contents. All scanning and photo processing happens on your device. Photos are saved to the app's private storage only; nothing is uploaded anywhere. Notifications — optional, and off by default. If you enable task reminders, they are scheduled and shown locally by your device. Vibration — a short buzz to confirm a successful QR scan. Backups and sharing You can create a backup file of your move data, and export PDFs (inventories, checklists, budget reports). These files are created on your device and only leave it when you choose to share them, using an app you pick from the Android share menu. Where a shared file ends up — email, cloud storage, another device — is governed by the privacy policy of the service you share it to, not by PakdUp.

Purchases PakdUp is a one-time purchase through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy PakdUp does not collect data from anyone — including children. The app contains no social features, no external links beyond this policy, and no advertising.

Changes to this policy If we ever change how PakdUp handles data, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Because the app collects nothing, we expect changes to be rare.
